Raha Scoff (born August 4, 1995) is a Congolese rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor. He was born in Bukavu, Democratic Republic of the Congo. He moved to the United States in 2014 and went to Associated Technical College, where he studied technology, music, and other career paths. He graduated in 2017 and started his music career.
