Raindance[1] is the fourth progressive rock album by Gryphon, originally released in 1975 by Transatlantic, catalogue number TRA 302.[2] It is the penultimate Gryphon album, and the last to include contributions from guitarist Graeme Taylor.

The album was produced by Gryphon, and was co-produced and engineered by Richard Elen. "Down The Dog" was co-produced by Ritchie Gold. The album was recorded at Sawmills Studios, Cornwall during June and July 1975 except "Wallbanger" which was recorded on the Manor Mobile at Brian Goodman's P.S.L. Studios in London during October 1974, with engineer Phil Newall.

The original LP sleeve features illustrations by Tony Wright. Unusually for a Gryphon album, it contains a cover version (a pastoral rendering of The Beatles' "Mother Nature's Son").
