Rajasthan United FC (RUFC) was founded as JECRC CF in 2018 in JECRC University. RUFC participated in Rajasthen State Men's League in 2018 and were inaugural winner of that.[1]. In 2020 JECRC CF was re-branded as Rajasthan United FC[2]
History[edit]
Rajasthan United FC is the premier professional football club and academy based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan. The club was founded in the year 2018 as JECRC CF and re-branded itself as Rajasthan United FC in 2020[2] and comes under the banner of RUFC SPORTS PRIVATE LIMITED. In its first year of inception, the club has managed to win the Rajasthan State Men's League[1].
The club in its collaboration with Witty International School has set up their residential academy in Bhilwara[3]. The club plans to train players with the use of global training methodology. RUFC is one of the few clubs to set up a fully functional residential academy.
Stadiums[edit]
AU Rajasthan are using the Witty Sports Club / Rajasthan University Sports Complex in Jaipur as their home matches.
