Ralf Altrieth

Ralf Altrieth is a germain painter born October 12, 1966 in Heilbronn, Germany.^[1]

Ralf Altrieth took private lessons from the painter Georg Schaible at the age of 14 in Baiersbronn and attended the Nürtingen Academy of Fine Arts (1987-1989). At the age of twenty, he began studying saxophone and jazz, as an autodidact and private tutor. He has exhibited at the remarkable gallerist Hartmut Beck, now deceased, also created theater sets, composed scenic music and staged one theater play.^[2]

Many of his works are now in private collections in France, Germany, England, the United States, Australia and the Netherlands.^[3]
