Ram Lakhan (born November 28, 1962) is an Indian veteran badminton player. He is a 22-time national veteran champion and won the gold medal at the 2004 World Masters Badminton Championships in Malaysia.
Career
Lakhan began his career in Jalandhar, Punjab. Despite coming from a humble background, he rose to prominence in the Indian domestic circuit. He worked for the Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) under the sports quota until his retirement as a Foreman in 2017.
In 2004, Lakhan represented India at the World Masters Badminton Championship in Malaysia, where he secured the gold medal in the 40+ category. As of February 2026, he remains active in the sport, recently winning his 22nd national title at the All-India Masters' Ranking Tournament in Agra.
