Muhammad Ramadhan bin Jalil (born 14 January 1998) is a Malaysian footballer who plays as a midfielder for Malaysian club Kerteh FC.

He received his early education at the Bandar Penawar Sports School, one of the few sports school in Malaysia. A creative, hard-working, and technically gifted player, Ramadhan began his career as a left-back with Harimau Muda C in 2015[1] where he competed in 2015 Malaysia FAM League. He was among 30 selected players by Football Association of Malaysia to depart for Slovakia for a series of friendly matches against other U-19 club sides in the country.[2] He competed in two editions of AFF U-19 Youth Championship in 2015[3] and 2016[4] where he achieved fourth place in 2015 edition. Due to his important presence in the backline, he was selected again to help Malaysia U-19 squad in 2016 AFC U-19 Championship qualification.[4]

After Harimau Muda C was disbanded by FAM in November 2015,[5] Ramadhan joined Kuala Lumpur U21 squad in 2016 and Melaka United U21 in 2017 where he competed in President Cup. He suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in 2018 where he took a break from football. In 2019, he played two games with Real Chukai FC in 2019 Malaysia FA Cup. Later on July 2019, he signed up with Malaysia M4 League club Kerteh FC where he played as a defensive midfielder. He became captain at the club and went on to win the league and TAL cup in 2019 Terengganu Amateur League season.[6][7]

Having arrived from Bandar Penawar Sport School and Harimau Muda C, Ramadhan first played with Kuala Lumpur U21 squad in 2016. In 2017 he joined Melaka United U21. After an average campaign in both season of President Cup, he suffered an anterior cruciate ligament injury in 2018 where he took a year break from football.

In early 2019, Ramadhan played with Real Chukai FC and competed in 2019 Malaysia FA Cup. He played two games and scored one goal for the club then eliminated in the first round. On 18 July 2019, Ramadhan signed a two year contract with a Terengganu based Malaysia M4 League club, Kerteh FC. Appointed as Kerteh FC first ever club captain, he was a key player for the club and instrumental in helping them winning double championship in their debut season competing in Malaysia football league system.[8] Following the league victory, he participated in 2020 Malaysia FA Cup with Kerteh FC. Unfortunately the club eliminated in preliminary round.[9]

Ramadhan is a product of Bandar Penawar Sports School. He represented Malaysia U17 and Malaysia U19 squad from 2013 to 2015 where he began his career as a left-back. In 2015, he played with Harimau Muda C where he competed in 2015 Malaysia FAM League.
