Some of the threats have been extended to members of President's family, including First Lady and children, and friends of the President. The children of the Presidents of the United States, especially young girls, are threatened with rape. Blackmailer uses the mean ways to pursue goals, regardless of means and method.

Sasha Obama, the second daughter of Barack Obama, has been the target of rape threats and alleged plots since her father become the 44th President of the United States. At August 2015, a South Korean man who indicted on charges of threatening to kill top U.S. envoy to Seoul sent a rape threatening letter to the White House.[1]

Lee denies that he wrote the letter. Police concluded that Lee lived in seclusion and spent most of his time surfing the Internet, as he failed to find a job after graduating from university.[2][3][4]
