Ravi Sinha is an Indian 1988 batch IPS officer from Chhattisgarh[1] who is appointed as Chief of Research and Analysis Wing.[2]
Career
He is an alumnus of St. Stephen's College, Delhi.[3] He is an expert in technical operations.[4]
