During high school, Raymond was featured as an extra in the films Ironweed and Heaven Help Us.[2] He was also a model, and featured in the magazines "Fashion Denet," and in the Albany Times Union Newspaper.[2] He then attended the University of Connecticut and played hockey their for four years. There, he played with former NHL player Todd Krygier. DeMarco also raced on the Uconn Cycling Team, and majored in Political science there.

Trunkapeet and Andrew Adair[edit]
After DeMarco's hockey career, he worked on a musical album called "Purge" with Andrew Adair. Him and Andrew later in 1997 formed a band called "Trunkapeet" that only released one song called "Fear" which was featured Scarlet East Studios compilation album "Scallions." DeMarco continued to tour with Adair until 1998, but after didn't resume his music career until 2015.
Friday First and cancelled studio album[edit]
In early 2015 Raymond DeMarco signed with the record label "Flaming Grill Records."[4] On September 24, 2016 under the name Rayge DeMarco he released his first solo single "Friday First."[5] A music video on Vevo later was released for the video on January 7, 2017.[6] Rayge also had been teasing on Instagram for an album to be released in late 2018. Tracks such as "Ratfink Dumbass," and "You Can Suck it" were confirmed to be on the album or on the possible extended play. Rayge also set up a GoFundMe Page for the album because Flaming Grill was not supporting the album fully.[7] He also announced that the album title would be called "Friday First." After complications between Flaming Grill in September of 2017 the album was announced that it would be delayed until December of 2018. On January 2, 2018 it was announced that Rayge had been dropped from Flaming Grill Records and his upcoming album would be cancelled due to the record label not supporting it anymore. Flaming Grill will currently not announce why they dropped Rayge from their label, but did clarify that a "lack of communication was keeping them from making any profit off of his music."[8]
New Record Label and "Fear 18"[edit]
In April of 2018 Rayge signed with Sic as Fuck Records for a single release slated for the late summer of 2018. On June 20, 2018, it was announced on Rayge's Instagram that he would release a song titled "Fear" on July 7, 2018.[9] He later tweeted that the song would be called "Fear 18" and would be a re-released remix of the song "Fear" when he played with Trunkapeet.[10] He also announced that a lyric video would accompany the song and released a trailer for the song on his Vevo channel.[11]
