Real Estate On The Rocks is a podcast "https://www.realestateontherocks.com" created by the James Mendez, Dave Snowberger, Alycia Hooper, and Marshall Tucker. The podcast was created out of the conversations about new agents and their struggles to make it in a challenging industry where 86% fail out of the business within the first 2 years. In order to best help agents locally and throughout the country and world, we decided to gather a team of agents with various skill levels and experience levels in sales, organizational management, and Real Estate to start recording our thoughts and interviewing successful Real Estate professionals to spread the value.
Real Estate On The Rocks start as most ideas do, through challenging conversations the team had while working in their offices in North West Austin, Texas. After hearing more and more of the struggles agents around them had, the team suggested we use their platform to impact the 86%. The most effective way to impact as many people as possible was to start recording the conversations and publish them to the masses.
On February 16th 2019 the first three episodes of Real Estate On The Rocks was launched on all major platforms and has continue to grow with the shows being released on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays at 7am.
