Reboot Radio is an internet radio station founded by Jacob Bush and Charlie Summers in the UK. The Station launched officially in October of 2023[1] and runs 24/7 internationally. The station has 4 Presenters and 1 News Presenter as well as 1 Administrator and 1 Station Manager. The music played on the station is licensed by PPL and PRS For Music
Introduction[edit]
The station founded in October was community project by Jacob, Charlie, and Nitro (Former Owner, Now Administrator) after the closing down of another station that all 3 of them were presenters at. The idea was new to all of them at the time but after some purchases and work, they managed to pull though and the station was launcher in late October.
Incidents[edit]
On the 2nd of November, Reboot Radio and its community Discord server went offline after a former staff account was compromised and was used to DDoS the Discord server and main website. The website and discord server quickly were disabled by the owners as the changed were reverted and damage was fixed.[2]
The website and discord server then came back online on the 3th of November with stronger security in place for the future.[3]
