The Rehbar Development Foundation, established in 2003 and named after the Urdu word "rehbar", meaning teller of the way, is a national organization in Pakistan seeking to conserve and protect plants and soils for the benefit of present and future generations. The organization also works on education and health projects, and describes itself as "Pakistan's strongest voice for wildland education, environment education and the development experience".

The Foundation owns and manages hundreds of square kilometres of land in the Jhelum, Chakwal and Mirpur districts of the Punjab, and works closely with local communities on and off its own properties in its mission to increase awareness and understanding of the value of the environment, education and health, while carrying out surveys, developing detailed land management plans and offering advice and support as necessary. In 2005 the Foundation was able to purchase some 17,000 acres (69 km²) of land in Jhelum, something it had spent two years working towards.
