Services[edit]

Reployment breaks a job search down into six modules that feature interactive exercises and activities.

  • Organize the job search. Find tools on topics including what to do when leaving an employer to setting up a remote workstation. Get tips for budgeting your money, making the most of your time, and conducting your search with confidence.
  • Define target jobs based on core values and vision. Tools help you identify your ideal work environment, including the people you want to work with, the setting, and the company culture. In addition, you’ll develop strategies for zeroing in on job postings that match your skills, career goals, and what employers in your industry want to see.
  • Craft a professional resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. Exercises help you gather details about your work history and create customized resumes that can get you past automated screening systems. You’ll also learn how to write cover letters and develop a LinkedIn profile.
  • Identify ideal employers and build a network. Research strategies help you identify best-fit employers who match your criteria. You’ll also get tips to help you find, approach, and follow up with contacts.
  • Learn interview strategies and salary negotiation tips. You’ll receive guidance on how to craft personalized success stories that communicate your value, whether you interview by phone, video, or in person. Plus, you’ll discover the kinds of questions you should ask and get tips on negotiating a job offer using market data on salaries and experience.
  • Prepare for the future. After you land a new job, it pays to periodically assess your performance and that of your employer in the broader context of the value you offer. Reployment can help guide you on whether you’re better off to stay where you are, seek a promotion, or pursue new opportunities.
