Revere Securities is an American investment bank and financial services company headquartered in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. The firm provides its services globally through its investment banking, institutional sales & trading and private wealth management divisions. Its clients include governments, corporations, institutions, and individuals. Revere Securities is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as a broker-dealer[1] and is a member of FINRA[2], the Securities Investor Protection Corporation[3] and MSRB.
The firm actively manages a publicly traded ETF called the Revere Sector Opportunity ETF (NYSE:RSPY), which launched on the New York Stock Exchange on August 24, 2021.[4][5]

Revere Securities was founded in New York on October 23, 1983[1] as a broker-dealer and investment advisory firm. Since inception, the company has opened three other offices in Massachusetts, Florida, and Ohio. It has recently expanded its areas of business to include investment banking services for corporate and institutional clients.

Investment Banking[edit]
Revere operates a full-service investment banking platform for corporations and institutions seeking capital markets and cross-border advisory solutions. It offers various services such as mergers and acquisitions, capital raising via public or private investment, restructuring and divestitures.
On February 11, 2022, Revere launched an fundamental research product covering publicly traded equity securities as part of its investment banking expansion.[6][7]
Private Wealth Management[edit]
Revere Wealth Management is a registered investment advisor[8] and an affiliate of Revere Securities. It provides asset management and financial advisory to clients that include ultra-high net worth families, corporate executives, small-mid sized businesses, pensions and endowments.
Institutional Sales & Trading[edit]
The sales and trading division assists financial institutions such as include banks, hedge funds, insurance companies, pension funds and asset managers in the trading of various asset classes. It functions as a market maker to over 1,600 institutional counterparties.
