Rhaumbusun
In the Dungeons & Dragons fantasy roleplaying game, the rhaumbusun is a type of fictional monster for player characters to encounter.
Publication history
The rhaumbusun first appeared in first edition in Dragon #52 (August 1981).
The rhaumbusun appeared in second edition for the Forgotten Realms setting in the Monstrous Compendium Forgotten Realms Appendix (1989).[1]
Description
A rhaumbusun is a small, reptilian creature that is distantly related to the basilisk. It has eight legs and dorsal spikes. A rhaumbusun is a herbivore, but is still feared for its paralyzing gaze.
