Rhookcastle
Tobi Adegbite known as Rhookcastle (also stylised as Rhook Castle) is a Nigerian-born, UK-based rapper, singer and record producer. He is known for appearing on Reminisce's 2023 album ATSG, Vol. 1 (Alaye Toh Se Gogo), including a featured performance on "E.N.K.R", and for producing the single "Why?" featuring Oxlade.[1]
Career
In December 2020, Rhookcastle co-composed music for the stage production Olúronbí Musical at Terra Kulture in Lagos, alongside Temiloluwa “Tayhmie Black” Maraiyesa, under music director Kehinde Oretimehin.[2]
Rhookcastle appeared as a performer on Reminisce’s album ATSG, Vol. 1 in 2023. Reviewer Tomide Marv singled him out for “the most outstanding performance” on the track "E.N.K.R".[1] In a separate feature, The Guardian (Nigeria) wrote that he “stole the spotlight” on the project.[3] Pulse Nigeria later profiled his contributions to the album.[4]
As a solo artist, Rhookcastle released the single "Plenty" on 15 March 2024, which was profiled by Pulse Nigeria and reviewed by the Nigerian Tribune.[5][6]
In May 2025, he produced and featured on "My Way", a single by Tayhmie Black, covered by culture outlet More Branches.[7]

Rhookcastle produced Reminisce’s 2023 single "Why?" featuring Oxlade;[8] the release was covered by NotJustOk and BellaNaija.[9][10]
He appeared on DJ Wallace’s A Decade EP on the track "Swa", alongside BDA Eniola and Alicia Lawson, as reported by The Guardian (Nigeria) and ThisDay.[11][12]
In 2024, he featured on Deejay Massive’s single "Feel Good", reported by Vanguard.[13]
