Richard Barnett (born August 14, 1960) is an American self-declared white nationalist who was photographed at House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's desk during the January 6, 2021 storming of the United States Capitol. He was arrested on January 8, 2021, on federal charges of entering and remaining on restricted grounds, violent entry, and theft of public property.[1][2] He lives in Gravette, Arkansas and is a member of 2A NWA Stand, which supports U.S. President Donald Trump.[3][4][5]
