Richard Wiegold
Richard Wiegold (born in South Wales 1967) is a bass opera singer.
Education
Richard Wiegold originally trained as a cellist at the Royal Northern College of Music and had a successful freelance career.
He returned to the RNCM in 1999–2003 as a postgraduate voice student.
Career
Richard Wiegold appears as a soloist with leading companies across the world, and is particularly associated with the operas of Richard Wagner and the role of Il Commendatore in Mozart's Don Giovanni.
