Richeese Factory is a Fast food restaurant chain from Indonesia. The main menu of the restaurant are fried chicken and cheese. It is owned by PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia, a subsidiary of PT Kaldu Sari Nabati. Richeese Factory opened its first outlet at the Paris Van Java shopping center in Bandung on February 8, 2011.[2] As of December 2018, the restaurant has over 130 outlets spread across Indonesia.[3]
The menu served by Richeese Factory is processed flour fried chicken served with cheese sauce[4]. In addition, this restaurant also serves processed meat and chicken wings wrapped in spicy barbecue sauce with different levels of spiciness.[5][6]. Currently, Richeese Factory's fried chicken is available in three flavors: Richicken, Hot & Spicy Chicken and Fire Chicken.
