Rick Goodman is an American author, executive coach, and keynote speaker on the topics of business growth leadership engagement.[1]

Background[edit]

In 1995, Goodman was a medical staff member for the St. Louis Ambush and the St. Louis Rams.[2] After the Rams appearance in the Super Bowl, he became vice-president of operations for Neurology Associates Group, Inc.

Goodman currently focuses on giving keynote presentations and conducting programs for companies such as AT&T, Franklin Templeton Investments, Heineken, and Inova Health Systems.[3][4] In 2014, he was designated as a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) by the National Speakers Association. Goodman is also the founder and President of Advantage Continuing Education Seminars and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Global Speakers Federation, and board member of the Florida Speakers Association.

Goodman was born in Long Island, New York and has lived in South Florida since 2000. He attended and played ice hockey at Kent State University and received his Chiropractic degree from Logan University.

Goodman is the author of Living A Championship Life: A Game Plan for Success and My Team Sucked: 10 Rules That Turned Them Into Rock Stars as well as being co-author of Jamie’s Journey: Travels With My Dad, written by his teen daughter Jamie,[5][6] as featured on ABC, NBC,[7][8] CBS,[9] and The Today Show.
