Ripan Saha is an Indian mathematician and academic currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Raiganj University, West Bengal.[1]. He is also serving as a controller of examinations as an additional charge at Dakshin Dinajpur University [2] [3]. His research interests are primarily in algebra—particularly associative and non-associative rings and algebras. His home town is in Patiram, Balurghat, West Bengal.
Education
He completed his schooling from the Patiram High School. He completed his Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Mathematics from Jadavpur University. He earned his Master of Science (M.Sc) in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur. He pursued further doctoral studies (Ph.D.) at Jadavpur University.
Awards and honors
He was awarded by CIMPA-CARMIN laureate award in 2021 and 2022 by Centre International de Mathématiques Pures et Appliquées(CIMPA) [4] [5]
