Rishabh Harish Puri (born 12 February 1987) is an Indian business investor, producer, entrepreneur, author, owner of HSR Entertainment and the executive director of Global Sterling Products Limited.[2][3][4][5][1]

Early life[edit]

Rishabh Puri was born on 12 February 1987 in Chandigarh and raised in Nigeria. At age 1, he was diagnosed with hyperlipidemia and at age 9 with aortic stenosis. Rishabh Puri has been noted to use meditation as a form of stress release. He attended an Indian school, before moving to a British school, eventually getting a degree in Business Administration from the United Kingdom through distance learning. He later completed his master's degree in Business Administration (International Trade) from UK via distance learning.[6][7][8][9]

At the age of 30, he headed companies in Nigeria, the United Arab Emirates, India and China.[6][10][11]

Rishabh did not have an engineering background and did not intend to get into business, but the influence of his father made him look into it.[6]

Global Sterling Products Limited was founded by his father 34 years ago in Nigeria, West Africa. Rishabh Puri joined the company when he was 18 and worked under the guidance of his father. The group has been reportedly planning to expand Natural Mineral Mining and Media Production House.[6][12][13][14][15][16][17]

Rishabh has been cited in India Today,[1] Khaleej Times,[3] Hindustan Times,[15] The Guardian,[2] and Tribune India[7] among other mainstream Indian and international media.[18][19]

Author[edit]

Rishabh published his maiden book Inside the Heart of Hope[20] as his first book focusing on his life struggles through his heart disease and becoming an entrepreneur. The book covers how he craved 'normal life' while being limited to talking to doctors and nurses as his peers enjoyed outdoors. The same environment lead him to becoming a writer and he wrote his first manuscript . The book was eventually published in 2016 and republished in 2017 by Srishti Publishers. His second book is a novel titled Flying Without Wings by Backlnks and HarperCollins, which too, akin to his writings in general, dwells around the topics Hope, Love, Life. Rishabh, in his new book, Seductive Affairs by Srishti Publishers, vents out and has tried different genres with all reasoning to the end of hope and love.[21][12][22][23][24]

Rishabh has been cited for donating the proceeds from his novels to fund heart surgeries for the under privileged children.[18][19]
