Rizgar Sak (born October 20th 1976) is a Turkish businessman and investor involved in numerous ventures including F&B, carpet trading, real estate, general trading, logistics, hotel management and customer service as the head of his family business ever since 1995 along with his siblings.[1][2] across Dubai, UAE, Turkey and Erbil, Iraq[3][1]. He holds the title of chairman for Dives Holding[4], the company that he founded in 2020[5][6][4], with a vision of establishing the brand’s name and presence as one of the leading F&B companies in Dubai, and eventually the entire GCC, which is a key market for Dives Holding and CZN Burak brand.
Early Life[edit]
Rizgar Sak was born on October 20th 1976, in Uludere/ Şırnak , to his Kurdish parents who were originally from Iraq.[5] displaying a passion as well as a natural talent for handling business from his early days, Rizgar Sak has been involved in the F&B and carpet trading sector from a young age, through his family business which has been operating since the 1980s in Erbil. After studying abroad, he started working at his family business in 1992.
He started his own business in 1995 in logistics, construction, f&b and hotel & restaurant management. Running a cluster of companies in these sectors in Iraq and Turkey, he started Dives Holding in 2020 in Dubai[7][5], incorporating famous Turkish restaurant brand CZN Burak in its structure[8]
Views and Efforts[edit]
An avid believer in corporate social responsibility, Sak has been involved in many philanthropic[9] projects, using the companies he has been involved with as a platform to promote awareness towards creating a more socially conscious business model, with an emphasis on education by supporting high potential students with scholarships, in addition to regular food donations to several charity organizations.[10][9]
With his new work as a chairman at Dives Holding, Sak plans on widening the company’s CSR reach through their popular brand, CZN Burak, which shares the same values he has preached throughout his career, a more sustainable, socially responsible business for communities to benefit from and embrace. “One of our goals is to compete with the big brands and emerge successful. I believe Dubai is one of the most challenging F&B markets in the world but it is also the ideal proving ground for the success of a brand and if we can succeed here, we can definitely prove our mettle elsewhere.”.[11] says Sak in one of his interviews adding that “Times like these are great for turning obstacles into opportunities. We took the chance to expand in the GCC at a time not many businesses would take the risk, and it paid off ”[11]
Sak’s vast hospitality experience has fueled his competitiveness and drive to establish Dives Holding as one of the key players in the region[12]

Sak has been married to Haneen Hassan since the 31st of July 2003, he is now the proud father of 3 children, Arman Sak, Raman Sak, Nechirvan Sak.

Rizgar sak has been featured in numerous articles across a variety of news and social media outlets as he is the chairman of Dive holdings who is behind the world famous CZN burak, most of the recent features discuss his move to go global with this brand, starting with the grand opening of the Dubai branch, which was dubbed the biggest restaurant in downtown Dubai.[11][13]
