Robert Anthony Toigo

Robert Anthony Toigo (June 9, 1942 – April 22, 1993) was a member of the staff of the California State Assembly, and acted as the Chief of Staff for Speaker of the Assembly, Leo McCarthy.[1]
Toigo and his wife, Sue, started the Robert Toigo Foundation, which works to provide resources for minorities entering or already in the financial services industry.[2]
