Robert Clinton Bogard III (born January 26, 1935). He is a former mayor of Sartell, Minnesota. He was a member of the Republican party. He was the former owner of the Granite City Cement Company before selling it to the Knife River Company. He is now a Partial Resident of Lake Wales, Florida and Clear Lake Township, Minnesota.
Career[edit]
He was the mayor of Sartell from 1979 to 1990 having 11 years in office[1]. Some notable things he did during his time in office was the Construction of the new Sartell Bridge replacing the Old Sartell Bridge. He helped expand the Champion Paper Mill and the Deszurik company in the area of sartell, providing jobs to the people living in the area.
