Robert Nairne

Robert Nairne (born 30 April 1989) is a British actor and creature performer. He is mostly known for portraying The Master Vampire in Season 1 of Penny Dreadful.[1][2]; and for his work as a creature and droid puppeteer in Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Star Wars: The Last Jedi, and Solo: A Star Wars Story[3]. He has also appeared in The Crown, Red Dwarf[4], and The Secret of Marrowbone[5].

Early life[edit]

Robert was born in Wales and raised in Gloucestershire. He is a graduate of the University of Oxford, where he studied Biochemistry[6]; and of the Oxford School of Drama[7]
