Sleeping Bag Records distributed by Def Jam. As the Regional Vice President of the Southeast
Regional Market for Bungalo/Universal Records, Rob shifted into distribution with Universal
Music Group Distribution (UMGD).

Early Life & Career[edit]
Terell was born in New York City to a single-parent mother; he began his career in the music business as an intern at Calliope studios in New York, NY. Robert is the co-manager of Gunplay's (MMG/DEF JAM). He has represented Grammy Award-winning singer, songwriter Jackie's Boy (priority records), multi-platinum recording artist's- J Dub (Bad Boy records), Soul for Real, Silkk the Shocker (No Limit Records), AMIL (Rocafella records), and others. Robert also secured significant music licensing deal with music composer-producer Def Jef to get placement with BET on the Wayans Bros. Show “Next Generation Wayans,” which aired in 2013. Robert also secured a major label distribution deal for national recording artist Roma and reality TV series-Industry Certified Journey to the agreement with VH2 Television networks. Successfully launched RMG-Rocstar Music Group by securing a second major label distribution deal with Sony Music Group via the Orchard.
