Rosemarie Falk

Rosemarie Falk (born 1987/1988) is a Canadian political candidate currently running for the Conservative Party of Canada in the Saskatchewan riding of Battlefords—Lloydminster. She was officially nominated as a candidate on November 11, 2017.[1]

Early Life and Career[edit]

Falk was born and raised in Lloydminster, Saskatchewan.[2] She worked as a legal assistant specializing in family law. While attending Lakeland College she was the recipient of the Vic Juba Student Volunteer/Leadership award in recognition of her volunteer work during her studies. Falk later transferred to the University of Calgary where she graduated with a bachelor degree.

Falk volunteered at the Lloydminster Community Youth Centre, Sexual Assault Centre, the Brain Injury Society, Long Term Care Facilities, and Lakeland College in Lloydminster.

Politics[edit]

Falk has volunteered for the Saskatchewan Party and the Conservative Party of Canada. Since 2016 she has been a legislative assistant in Ottawa for Member of Parliament Arnold Viersen.[3] After the Member of Parliament Gerry Ritz announced he was vacating his seat early,[4] Falk won the nomination for Conservative Party in the by-election for Battlefords—Lloydminster.
