Rotimi Odunlami, (born February 2, 1990), also known as Rhotimmi is a Nigerian fitness coach and entrepreneur.
Biography
Rhotimmi was born and raised in Ibadan, Nigeria.[1] He graduated with a bachelor's degree in anatomy with prime specialization in anatomical structures of the human body.
As a digital content creator, his work is focused on nutritional advice and personal training programs, besides focusing on fashion videos and healthy diet through electronic medium.
He has written three books on fitness, including The Core Bible: Surviving the Holiday, How to Eat More, Lose Fat, and Gain Muscle.[2] He also created a fitness show Biggest Gainer with Tim in collaboration with Project60, a program designed to build healthy habits in 60 days.
As an active member of the Rotary E-club of Greater Nigeria, an organization dedicated to provide service and humanitarian initiatives. He has actively participated in the PLP Mental Health Day and Global Wellness Day as a panelist. He gained attention after he was invited as a speaker at the Annual Tech Festival in 2022.[3]
