Rubina Mohsin is a fictional Pakistani spy (ISI agent) appearing in the Pathaan film series and other films of YRF Spy Universe, an Indian cinematic universe. She is portrayed by Indian actor Deepika Padukone. The character first appeared in Pathaan (2023) and will appear again in Tiger vs. Pathaan (2025).

Rubina was born in 1988. After her father's death, she studied MBBS and became a doctor in Pakistan. Later she joined ISI. She is disconnected from the ISI, as she had joined Outfit X, a private terrorist organisation, but soon realised her mistake and returned to stop Jim from spreading a deadly virus across South Asia. Pathaan, an Indian spy (RAW agent) is her love interest, whom she met in Spain. She is also a friend of Zoya Humaimi, another fictional Pakistani spy in the YRF Spy Universe, portrayed by Katrina Kaif.
