Rubyroid Labs is a Ruby on Rails software development company headquartered in Minsk, Belarus,[1] with a representative office in Philadelphia, USA. The company has approximately 60 employees and operates for companies around the world, including the USA, Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, Australia, and Russia.[2]

- In 2013 two Ruby geeks, Valentine Zavadskiy and Yury Koleda, became acquainted in the swimming pool. This unique beginning of their friendship led to the founding of Rubyroid Labs.
- In 2015 the company had 20+ developers.
- In 2018 the list of employees included 40+ developers.
- In 2020 the company was partially bought by Intexsoft.
Rubyroid Labs has been in the top 3 Ruby on Rails companies for four years, according to the data-driven rating platform, Clutch. [3]

Since 2013 Rubyroid Labs has run over 23 successful Ruby on Rails educational events. The number of attendees has at times exceeded 1,300.
Rubyroid Labs has been engaged in education for a long time – originally offline. Annually, Rubyroid Labs founders, together with the University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, organize offline RoR courses. These Ruby on Rails courses and lectures are also available on our YouTube channel for free.
In 2020 Rubyroid Labs launched an online Ruby on Rails course with the Hexlet platform. [6]
