Run is an Indian thriller drama series which premiered on 5 August 2019 in Sun TV.[1][2] It stars Krishna, Chaya Singh, Navya Swamy, Ashwanth Thilak, Rindhya and Sri Durga. It is directed by K. Rajeev Prasad.[3] and produced by Vikatan Televistas.[4]
Synopsis[edit]
Divya returns from her abroad education and takes up the rein of her father's nursing home. She adores her father and is devastated to find him in a financial crisis. Shakthi, an employee of an automobile company lives with his sister's family, who mean the world to him. He is engaged to Caroline, the love of his life. Unfortunately Divya's father and Shakthi's fiancée go missing on the same day and are later found dead. How Divya and Shakthi's common motive and probe to unravel the mysterious deaths, bring their hearts closer forms the crux of the story.

Production[edit]
This Tamil drama is produced with the tone of a cinema, making it different from other usual Tamil dramas.[5][6]
Some of the initial scenes were shot in Hongkong.[6]
Airing History[edit]
This series was launched on 5 August 2019 airing every Monday to Saturday at 9:00PM IST. Later on it got shifted to 10:00PM IST slot from 16 September 2019.
International broadcast[edit]
The Series was released on 5 August 2019 on Sun TV, the series also airs on Sun TV HD. The Show was also broadcast internationally on Channel's international distribution.
