Running Girls (Hangul: 달리는 사이; RR: Dallineun Sai; lit. While Running) is a South Korean travel reality show hosted by Jang Yoon-ju, and starring Sunmi, Yooa, Chuu, Chungha, and Hani. It aired on Mnet from December 9–30, 2020, on every Wednesday at 19:50 (KST) for 4 episodes.[1][2]

Running Girls is a travel reality show in which female K-pop idols in their twenties travelled together as "Running Crew" to seek out running courses surrounded by the seas and mountains.[1]
