Russell H. "Russ" Faith (January 28, 1929 - September 1, 2004) was an American composer, music producer, teacher and musician. Closely associated with Bob Marcucci, he has been credited with being one of the contributors to the Philly Sound.[1] His brothers Jack and Bill were also prominent Philly musicians.

He is credited with co-producing and arranging the strings on the 1962 hit "Party Lights" by Claudine Clark, as well as writing "Bobby Sox to Stockings" for Frankie Avalon, "Somewhere In Your Heart" for Frank Sinatra, and "Snowbound"for Sarah Vaughan. He also wrote songs for acts such as Nat "King" Cole, Andrea McArdle, Loretta Lynn, Conway Twitty, Jose Feliciano, The Four Freshmen, and Annette Funicello.

Faith also crafted songs for the soundtracks of Child's Play, North To Alaska, and Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea.

In 2000, Faith was inducted into the Philly Walk of Fame. He passed away in 2004 following a stroke.
