Ryan Bernard

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

Ryan Bernard is a hockey player from the Raleigh metro area. He has played mainly for the Raleigh Speed roller hockey and has also made appearances for the North Carolina roller hockey team at the well known State Wars tournament which is usually held in late July and early August and brings competition from all over the world including countries like Great Britain, Brazil, South Korea, and many more. While at this tournament he is uncharteristicalky under performed scoring in the 4 games played at State Wars 15 in 2019 zero goals and receiving 2 penalty minutes. Despite these stats Bernard was still able to make the all-star team. Since 2018 Bernard has also played ice hockey and has played for Polar Select and NC Force. As the Carolinas Hockey League 2019–2020 season ended with the Ryan D. Sobiech Memorial Tournament, Bernard's NC Force team won gold over the Greenville Jr Road Warriors 4–3. Bernard was involved with all 3 goals before the shootout, with the breakout pass to Brady Franck who shot post in far side for the first goal. He also scored a goal to make the game 2–0 with taking the puck out of the corner in the offensive zone, skating to the middle, shooting and scoring top right. He also had the assist to William Bailey to tie up the game 3-3 late in the third. He then played the whole last 7 minutes of the third period and overtime with many attempts that barely didn't make it in the net. Eventually in the shootout, everyone from both sides missed instead of Cade Lackey who won it with the insane help of Tyler Otte to receive the worst gold medal ever received in the history of hockey. The stats from the full season are yet to be released.
