Ryan Leong is a former American Samoan triathlete, molecular biologist, swimming coach of American Samoa at the 2020 Summer Olympics[1] and the Chef de Mission of American Samoa at the 2022 Winter Olympics.[2][3]
In 2017, he swam the Kaiwi Channel in the Hawaiian Islands.[4][5] In 2020, he swam the Kaulakahi Channel between Niihau and Kauai.[6]
