Ryan Sultan (born 1984) is a Venezuelan American psychiatrist known for his works in ADHD and Substance use. He is the author[1] of numerous, papers, and clinical studies and is director of Integrative Psych.[2][3]

Early life[edit]

Sultan was born in New York City and attended the Trinity College in Connecticut. He is the son of Venezuelan psychiatrist, Sady Sultan[4] Sultan was exposed to mental health conditions, psychotherapy, and psychiatry at a young age. Sultan attended Trinity College,[5] where has an Environmental Science Major.

Academic career[edit]

Sultan joined the faculty[6] of Columbia University after completing his training. He currently runs the Sultan Lab[7] for Integrative and Evolution Psych at Columbia University. He is also faculty[8] at Mount Sinai in NYC.

Sultan is an expert in Cannabis use[9] and ADHD.[10]

Sultan has been featured on National Public Radio,[11] Fox News,[12][13] Yahoo News,[14][15] and Time.[16][17]
