S-PRO AG
S-PRO AG[1][2] is a global software engineering company headquartered in Zürich.[3][4] It provides solutions[buzzword] for the finance[5][6], energy, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors, using technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain[7][6], and cloud computing, and offering expertise in web and mobile development.
As of mid-2025, the company had over 250 employees, with five R&D centers across Europe and business representatives in the United States and Europe.
History
S-PRO was founded in 2014 in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine, as a small tech startup. During 2015-2017, S-PRO acquired its first projects in healthcare and finance in the US market. In 2018, S-PRO entered the Swiss market. In 2022, S-PRO[8][9] opened a consulting office in Switzerland[10], an R&D center in Poland[11], and a representative office in the Netherlands.[6] The company has business representatives in three cities in the USA and the EU (Salt Lake City, USA; Austin, USA; and Amsterdam, Netherlands).
Projects and Partnerships
S-PRO has created platforms for several firms, including an investment management system for venture capital company Earlybird VC, a digital platform for Swiss investment firm Stableton AG, and workforce management software for JobDone.[12] Other S-PRO’s collaborations include software projects for IUCN, Societe Generale, Hastings Deering, and Zymergen. S-PRO holds memberships with the Ukrainіаn-Swiss Business Association[13], the Swiss Startup Association, Crypto Valley, and the Holland Fintech Association.[14]
Leadership and Management
Igor Izraylevych and Andrew Fisiuk established the company together in 2014.[6] Izraylevych leads the organization as CEO, with Fisiuk serving as COO.[3]

Igor Izraylevych shared his ideas on building a professional engineering team, creating a corporate culture, and managing growth challenges on the podcast “Capricorn Connect: People, Potential, Technology” by Suisse Capricorn in June 2024.[6] Igor Izraylevych and Michael Barskyi, the Head of S-PRO Switzerland, discussed the potential in Switzerland’s financial sector and the room for innovation in it[3] and commented on the licensing procedures in Switzerland[5] in their interviews with Swiss media.
