SENSBODY is a South Korean sex toy brand operated by Nexus Medicare Co., Ltd. The brand was introduced in May 2020 and produces adult products primarily intended for male consumers. One of its main product lines is the GODDESS Asia series, which has been developed through collaborations with models and adult film performers from South Korea and Japan.[1]
History
Nexus Medicare was active in the South Korean adult products market before the introduction of SENSBODY. In 2018, BusinessPost reported on the company's distribution activities in the Korean adult products sector, including sales through retail channels associated with Pierrot Shopping and Shinsegae.[2]
In May 2020, Nexus Medicare introduced SENSBODY together with the GODDESS Asia product line. The first product in the series was developed in collaboration with South Korean adult film performer Lee Chae-dam.[1]
A report published by Newsworker later in 2020 discussed Lee Chae-dam's participation as the first model for the SENSBODY series and described the use of body molding in the development of the product.[3]
On 3 March 2022, Nexus Medicare filed a United States trademark application for the name SENSBODY. The listed goods included adult sexual stimulation products, male masturbators and vibrators.[4]
Products and collaborations
SENSBODY primarily produces male masturbators and related adult products. Its GODDESS Asia line consists of products developed in collaboration with individual models. Some products in the line have been offered in different material variants, including versions identified by the company as Original and Soft.[5]
Following the initial collaboration with Lee Chae-dam, the series expanded to include models from South Korea and Japan.
In March 2025, Taiwanese entertainment website KISMETW reported on a SENSBODY collaboration with Japanese adult film performer Nanami Matsumoto. The article also referred to earlier products associated with Mao Hamasaki, Akari Mitani and Rima Arai.[6]
Online services
SENSBODY operates online stores for customers in South Korea and international markets. The international website is operated at sensbody.net, while the Korean online store is operated separately.
Nexus Medicare has also distributed a SENSBODY mobile application through Apple's App Store. The application has been listed with support for Korean, English, Japanese and Simplified Chinese.[7]
International activities
SENSBODY has participated in activities outside South Korea through its international sales operations and collaborations with overseas models.
Nexus Medicare and SENSBODY JAPAN were listed among the South Korean exhibitors at the 2026 EDEN JAPAN – ADULT EXPO in Tokyo, Japan.[8]
