In 2002, Dinesh Victor exited his first venture due to differences with partners and went about setting up his own franchisee - SIP Academy India. By September of the same year, one programme, seven employees, thirty-five franchises and five state heads had been set up. And in 2003, SIP Academy India was launched.
In 2016, SIP Academy India took over global operations from its Malaysian Principal, SIP Academy Malaysia, to become an international organization which has operations in 10 different countries such as India, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Philippines, Tanzania, Indonesia, Singapore, UAE, Nigeria, and Hong Kong.[5]
