SI Partners Global (SI Partners) is an investment banking boutique headquartered in London, specialising exclusively in the technology, media and digital information sectors. SI Partners's primary business lines include Corporate Finance, Mergers and acquisitions and Advisory.
The company, which was founded in 2001, currently has five international offices around the world.[1]
History
SI Partners was founded in 2001 by co-founder Alistair Angus and Charles Fallon.[2]
In March 2016, SI Partners announced a Global Strategic Partnership for M&A and leadership with Talent Executive search firm Grace Blue to help companies keep up with the fast-changing digital tech and creative markets.[3]
APAC Region
In May 2011, the M&A Group launched its Asia headquarters in Hong Kong, the first hub outside of the UK. And it appointed Jimmy Lam as the Chairman.[4]
In September 2012, the Group appointed Raymond So as the Chairman of SI Partners Asia, replacing Jimmy Lam.[5]
In September 2017, SI Partners appointed three new partners, Alyssiah Tsui in Hong Kong and Joe Hine and Shaun Meadows in London.[6]
