SUVASTU Properties Ltd. (SPL) is a real estate company headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.[1]

SUVASTU Properties Ltd. (SPL) is a new emergence from SUVASTU Development Limited which was incorporated with Joint Stock Companies in 1994.[2]
In 2017, the present founder and the Managing Director, Architect Nazmul Haque Khan (Palash) instituted SUVASTU Properties Ltd. [3] The company has multiple premium Residential and Commercial Projects in the prime locations of Dhaka City like Gulshan, Baridhara Diplomatic Zone, Dhanmandi and Banani.[4][5]
