Sabrina Salvati (Sabby Sabs) is an American journalist, activist, and political commentator currently based in Boston, Massachusetts. She is American-born, but spent much of her childhood in Germany. She's primarily known for her work with the Fred Hampton Leftists Podcast, now known as the Revolutionary Blackout Network. Working with colleagues, Nick Cruise, Jaybe Faunt, Compton Jay, and Rome Bethea, Sabrina has been an host and journalist with the Revolutionary Blackout Network, which has been livestreaming on YouTube since February 21, 2021.[1] She is also host of the Sabby Sabs podcast, which looks at current events through a leftist perspective. She volunteered for the Bernie Sanders Presidential Campaign in 2020.
Sabby has interviewed dozens of prominent political figures including European Parliament Member Clare Daly, Green Party Presidential Candidate Jill Stein, Activist and Educator Dr. Cornel West, Democratic Party Presidential Candidate Marianne Williamson, and Economist and Professor Richard Wolff, American Journalist Christian Parenti, American Author Matt Taibbi, and American Political Consultant Peter Daou.
Sabby has also made many appearances on The Hill's Rising as a political contributor.[2][3]
As an activist, Sabby Sabs has advocated for increased use of Ballot Initiatives, Medicare For All, Ending U.S. Imperialism, Reparations, Anti-Censorship, and the Green New Deal.[4][5][6]
