SaeHan Information Systems (Hangul: 새한 정보 시스템) is a South Korean information systems company based in Yeouido, Seoul. The company started out as a small subsidiary of Jaeil Textiles(Hangul: 제일합섬) in January 1973. SaeHan Information Systems is credited with the development of the world's first MP3 player.[1]

- 1973 Jaeil Textiles computing division launched
- 1982 Saehan Media computing division launched
- 1982 separated from Samsung Group computing division. Founded Jaeil Textiles KyungSan Factory (IBM-4341)
- 1991 consolidated to Samsung SDS
- 1997 group Separated. Separated from Samsung SDS and Founded SaeHan Information Systems
- 1997 first MP3 Player development in the world (CeBit H/W award)
- 2008 Incorporation – Woongjin Group
- 2010 Incorporation – GS Group
- 2012 Changed Company name as TAK Information Systems
