Sagar Lamsal Kshetri (Nepali: सागर लम्साल क्षेत्री; born February 21, 1992), popularly known by his on-screen name Bale Boro, is a Nepali actor and model. He is best known for his comedic roles in television, films[1], and music videos.
Early life
Lamsal was born in ( Jyagdikhola ) Biruwa, Syangja, Nepal. He moved to Kathmandu at a young age to pursue education and acting.[2] He studied at Shanker Dev Campus and received acting training under veteran actor Birendra Hamal.[3]
Personal life
In 2024, Sagar married Sneha Dangal, a nurse from Bhaktapur District.[4]
Career
Sagar began his career in 2013 with the film Loafer. He has since appeared in other films, including Lazza (2014), Hairan (2018), and Laaj Sharanam (2025). He rose to prominence through his comedic role as "Bale Boro" in the television series Bhadragol and continued the character in the sitcom Sakkigoni, aired on Himalaya TV and OSR Digital.[5]
In addition, Sagar has acted in over 400 music videos, including Timro Man Badliyechha, Hijo Arkai Sanga Dekhe, and Yaadma.[6] He has performed in more than 60 districts across Nepal and represented Nepali entertainment internationally in countries such as South Korea, Hong Kong, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
