Salamat School System
Salamat School System (SSS) is a group of elite private fee-paying academic institutions throughout Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. SSS provides preschool education, primary education, secondary education and preparation for national and international General Certificate of Education (GCE) examinations.[1] The group currently comprises:
- Kids Kampus (KK ZAR) (founded in 1974)
- Juniors Kampus (JK) (1974)
- Salamat Academy (1978)
- Salamat School for Boys (1985)
- Salamat School for Girls (1985)
- International Campus for Advanced Studies (ICAS) (2001)
- ICAS Junior (2001)
- ICAS Prep (2001)
- ICAS Girls (2003)
- Salamat International Campus for Advanced Studies (SICAS) (2001)[2][3]
History[edit]
SICAS is one of Lahore’s oldest and most prestigious network of schools that offers a comprehensive educational experience from pre-school to A’ Levels. With a history dating back to 1974, SICAS schools today continue their commitment to unite knowledge and social responsibility.[4] The curriculum at SICAS includes a number of student run societies ranging from Debates, Model UN to the Irtiqa society. The school follows a house system model where students are divided into four houses; Qasim, Faiz, Salam and Tipu. The house system allows students to compete within the school in sports, Debates and academics.
College Placement[edit]
SICAS, boasts a robust college preparatory program which allows students to gain admission into elite institutions of higher learning abroad and within Pakistan.
