At that time the business group has employed 152+ people who are both staff and non-staff nationwide. The business group maintains subsidiaries and activities in Ghana only for now.

SamBoad Business Group LLC(SBG) was first registered as a sole proprietor trading as SamBoad Ventures operating Mobile Money services in 2014. After years of operations it was converted as a Limited Liability in 2019 operating as Samboad Business Group Limited, registered as a Financial Aid and tailored business solution provider with subsidiaries that provide unique services in Micro-Credit(Money Lending), Multimedia Consult, Real Estate & Property Management, Business Consultancy, Mobile Money Transfer, Logistics, Courier & Transport[4], Susu Services, Travel & Education Consult, Supply of General Goods, Import and Export of General Goods, Game Center & Dealer in Electronic Devices, Road & Building Construction, Civil Engineering Works & General Merchant.

SamBoad Business Group Limited is 90 percent owned by Samuel Kwame Boadu[5][6] and 10 percent owned by Jamil Yaw Boadu
Subsidiaries & Activities[edit]
SamBoad Business Group Limited began operations in 2014 with SamBoad Ventures which was converted to SamBoad Business Group Limited with 4(four) subsidiaries and activities serving regions of Ghana. These includes SamBoad Express[7], SamBoad Media Consult[8], SamBoad Travel & Educational Consult[9][10], JamBoad , SamBoad Business Consult, SKB News Magazine & SamBoad Micro-credit Services. By November 2019, the number of activities and subsidiaries had been rationalised to these to help serve customers.
Awards and recognitions[edit]
In 2020 the business group was one of twelve institutions that picked up honorary awards by The Bizz 2020 Awards by World Confederation of Businesses, Business Excellence Certificate organized in Texas, USA.[11]
