Samman Afroz Khan is appointed Member of Minority Commission Government of Uttar Pradesh by Governor of Uttar Pradesh on 25th June 2021. His term will be for three Years.[3].[4] Before this assignment, he worked extensively as a Political analyst and Strategist in various States under the leadership of Hon'ble Shri Narendra Modi.

Samman Afroz Khan was born on September 20, 1988 in Balrampur, Uttar Pradesh.[5]. He is an Engineering Graduate and MBA. He completed his Graduation in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Pune University – one of the top 5 universities of India. He obtained an MBA in Marketing Research in 2011 from Cardiff University, United Kingdom – one of the top universities in the world.
