Samra Huseynova (Azerbaijani: Səmra Hüseynova (born 1992) is an Azerbaijani model, actress and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Azerbaijan in 2019.
Early life[edit]
Semra Huseynova was born on August 3, 1992, in the Azerbaijani city of Sumgait. In 1999–2009 she studied at the Sumgait secondary school No.12. In 2009–2013 she was a student of the faculty of television directors of the Azerbaijan State University of Culture and Art.
Сareer[edit]
She began her modeling career in 2010 at the Azerbaijan State Academy of Arts. In 2012 she performed one of the main roles (Gasham Khanum) in the television series "Let It Remain Between Us", which is broadcast on Khazar TV (Azeri Xəzər TV).
In 2014–2017 she was the official model of the "Venera Model" agency. She participated in such fashion weeks held in Azerbaijan as "Azerbaijcan fashion week", "Mercedes fashion week", "Baku fashion week", etc. She was the face of a number of popular brands presented in Azerbaijan, such as "Datuna", "Patrick Boffa "and" Kəngərli "
At the moment she cooperates with many well-known brands of Turkey and Moscow. Since 2019 she has been the official face of the "Maleone" brand. Semra works as a model in Baku.
Miss Azerbaijan 2019[edit]
Samra was crowned as the New Miss Azerbaijan 2019 in Baku.[1]
Personal life[edit]
She worked at the Baku Academy of Arts. For a long time, she worked in Moscow, Turkey,[2] cooperated with world brands and took part in many fashion shows, but due to a pandemic and illness (anorexia) she returned to Azerbaijan. A favorite animal is a cat.[3]
