Samrat Yaduvanshi (born 5 December 1988) is an Indian actor, singer and politician associated with Bhojpuri-language films.[1][2] He was the MLC Candidate from Mahagathbandhan on Rashtriya Janata Dal tickets from Arrah-Buxar MLC seat in 2022 election of Bihar Legislative Council.[3][4] Recently he sang a Bhojpuri song in support of Tejashvi Yadav.[5][6][7]
Early life and education
Samrat Yaduvanshi was born on 5 December 1988 as Anil Samrat in a Yadav Hindu family of Arrah Bihar.[8] He completed his education there and moved to Mumbai for his acting career.[9]
Political career
Samrat had contested the MLC election in 2022 from Arrah-Buxar seat on Rashtriya Janata Dal ticket.[10] He lost the election by more than 1000 votes. [11]
Film career
Samrat Yaduvanshi started his career as an actor and producer through his home production film Daraar.[12][13]
